Description

Training Stage 1 Hydraulics was designed for those involved in the maintenance and management of machines and systems incorporation HYDRAULICS. This course provides a foundation of knowledge and skills designed to improve work based performance and safe working procedures.

Aims of Pelatihan Stage 1 Hydraulics

On completion of this course candidates will:
•    Know the fundamental principles that underpin all hydraulic systems
•    Be able to read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams
•    Know the function of the critical system components
•    Know the need for contamination management at all times
•    Know the safe working practices associated with maintenance procedures

Course Outline

1.    Basic hydraulic principles – fundamentals of pressure and flow
2.    Hydraulic symbols and notation
3.    Pressure, flow and direction control valves – function and operation
4.    Hydraulic pumps – types and operation
5.    Hydraulic oils and contamination control
6.    Introduction to accumulators
7.    Introduction to proportional control
8.    Basic electrical theory
9.    Practical exercises – circuit construction using cylinders and motors.
10.    Health & Safety
