Digital buying atau belanja secara digital atau belanja secara online adalah proses dimana konsumen langsung membeli barang atau jasa dari penjual secara real-time, tanpa layanan perantara dan melalui Internet. Digital buying merupakan bentuk perdagangan elektronik. Sebuah toko online, e-shop, e-store, internet shop, webshop, webstore, online store, atau virtual store adalah tempat yang analog dengan tempat belanja (supermarket) namun secara virtual (maya).Digital buying dapat berupa transaksi Business-to-Consumer (B2C) online shopping atau Business-to-Business (B2B) on line shopping. Terdapat banyak hal yang perlu diketahui sebelum memutuskan untuk melakukan digital buying atau on line shopping.
