This course is designed for the new user of vibration analysis or predictive maintenance instrumentation or for the individual that desires to become more familiar with the basics of vibration. The relationship between the mechanical condition of machinery and vibration is presented. This background helps show how vibration detection and analysis can be used in a cost effective program to identify machinery problems and schedule repairs to avoid costly machine downtime

The course explains basic vibration theory, the benefits of predictive maintenance and how to organize a predictive maintenance program. Coupled with this will be an overview of the interdependence of vibration monitoring, vibration analysis and condition abased maintenance options.

Attendees in this seminar will improve their knowledge in Predictive Maintenance Programs (PMP) and Vibration Analysis,and will be able to keep their plants / facilities running effectively with less machines failure and less maintenance costs
