This training provides an overview about relationship between workers, owners, and government in relation to the business. This training also explains the concept of industrial relations based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, the development of trade unions, bipartite institutions and tripartite institutions.
Tujuan Training Industrial Relations
After this training, participants are expected to:
1. Understanding the concept of Industrial relationship based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
2. Understanding the development of trade unions in Indonesia.
3. Understanding the reasons why workers want to join a union.
4. Understand what it is bipartite and tripartite institutions, as well as how the resolution of conflict between workers and employers through the agency.
5. Understand the purpose of collective bargaining.
