1. DESCRIPTION

In doing an activity / work, accidents can happen, both minor accidents and major accidents, which can result in both physical and material losses, both the organization and employees. Workplace accidents can be solved by finding the root cause of the accident so that preventive action can be done in time for the next activity. Training Accident / Incident Reporting and Investigation is intended to provide knowledge and understanding of the participants on the techniques and methods in the investigation and reporting of accidents / incidents effectively.

1. METHODE

This is the basic approach to training adult learning models (adult learning) and outdoor activities that focus on the Action & Reflection models. By combining the then target of training you want to target will be more easily achieved. The time allocation is two days for indoor activities (delivery of content) and one day for outdoor activities

4. methods of Investigation (event tree & SCAT Method)
5. Root cause analysis

7. Establish corrective measures are appropriate
8. Field application and Prevention of accidents
9. Search events, documentation and record keeping
10. Case studies of workplace accidents
